"Everyone is talking about usability. But what is it? How can we recognize it?"

This presentation discussed the need to establish benchmark expectations and standards based on strong usability, given the current lack of channel integration found in China service industries.

This presentation focuses on how user research contributes to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of business operations. The objective is to show how various techniques and approaches might work to solve very different business problems.

This presentation will,from the view of Ergonomics, discuss the internationally common methods for usability testing combined with practical applications, and then compare characteristics of difference techniques.

Interacting design must based on a thorough understanding of users, their context of use and how they prefer to work.. We will look at same of the design considerations critical for good usability, and how to put user research to work to develop new produvt ideas that allow users to adapt the interaction style to their own needs.

In the future mobile products market,usability is the key issue for the market share of your products. To increase mobile usability, we have to emphasize user research, standardize programming of user-centered design, and improve usability testing and evaluation.
