Description:
In Internet business context, sometimes usability is not critical to performance of a product. Therefore, in my presentation, I am going to share the holistic point of view for Internet product development which I named integrated model. The model contains three critical entities such as Human, Product, and Business and it explains how they should be considered in concept ideation, market exploration and realization phase. This approach will give the participants where usability is located in the whole picture and how it is related with others.
