Many usability practitioners find themselves having to review or critique a design, and report on their findings. In this roundtable, we’ll consider how best to conduct reviews (whether these are usability tests or heuristic evaluations). In particular, we’ll think about how to communicate our findings in a positive way, and how we can increase the probability of our findings being accepted.
