In the past year, personas have been getting a lot of attention. Some people love them; some people hate them. Some people aren't sure what to think! In this roundtable discussion, we'll explore these different perspectives on personas and try to understand what value they bring to user experience design.
Hint: The discussion leader will defend the position that personas are, in fact, a useful tool.
He will share over 6 years experience using personas across a wide variety of client projects and explain the impact that personas had on the outcome of those projects.
