In the presentation, you will obtain an overview of Windows Live services, and understand how it bring all you online world together. Furthermore, you will be knowing how the User Experience team at Microsoft work tightly together to make the Windows Live come true; why a group of people including the ethnographers, designers, design researchers, usability engineers, editors, and etc. are all so passionate about spending time with people; why they constantly observe and chat with the users; how they do to bring the users¡¯ need into the Live experience¡
