Annie Chang is charge of the User Experience research and design for the Windows Live at Microsoft in China. She is managing the team in both Shanghai and Beijing. The talent team is in charge of the many key global products and services of the Windows Live. Training the team to fully adopt the user experience process and methodologies from the Microsoft Redmond team is one of her current key focuses.Starting from the industrial design and user interface design, Annie got the multimedia design the research experience at Philips Design and Philips Research in Taipei. She worked in the mobile device division at Motorola in Beijing as an interaction design lead to contribute on the global and local design and development for the several kinds of the platform of the smart phones for years. She led the team to finish the design guideline for one of the key platforms. The work constantly took her to Chicago headquarter to gain the experience back to the team. She decided to devote to the Internet after the mobile devices. Currently, she works at Microsoft in Shanghai.
