Significant projects undertaken by his company, Information & Design, he also lectures in Usability and User Experience Design at post-graduate level at Swinburne University in Melbourne. He writes and speaks frequently on usability and related topics in a variety of forums. Several of his articles have been published in the national press in Australia. He has also spoken about user-centered design on national radio. He has recently begun a User Experience Podcast at www.uxpod.com.
He is a member of the editorial board of User Experience (the magazine of the Usability Professionals¡¯ Association).
