Graham Jenkin is a User Experience Design Lead at Google.  He currently leads design efforts focused on the small- and medium-sized business markets.  Graham joined Google earlier this year.

Prior to joining Google, Graham was User-centered Design and Research Executive at Bank of America where he led product design efforts for the bank's award-winning Online Banking product and ATM network.  Graham has also worked with a number of internet agencies and consultants developing web-based solutions for clients including Kodak, World Travel Partners, Egon Zehnder, and the EPA.
