Jianming Dong has over 10 years of experience in User Experience research. He has been senior research staff at IBM, eBay and Paypal Inc. He was involved in many high-profile international research initiatives, and utilized a wide range of research methods. Jianming designed and developed EZSort ¨C a popular card sorting and cluster analysis tool in the HCI field. Jianming had numerous design patents and research publications, including a HCI book in Chinese. He has presented his research work and taught workshops in world-class conferences and venues. He holds a PhD in the area of HCI from Purdue University.
