Richard Douglass currently serves as a senior usability analyst with the User Experience team with IBM's Lotus Software Group. He has also led a user interface team at Bank One (now J.P. Morgan Chase). Among his most recent publications, Richard has published a recent book review on ¡°Access by Design¡± by Sarah Horton in the January 2006 issue of ¡°ACM Interactions¡± magazine, and an article, "User Research Issues to Consider when Developing Websites for Children" in the August 2005 (2nd ed.) of the UPA China¡¯s online newsletter. Richard is also currently serving as a member of the Voter Access Usability team for the Voting Technology Assessment Project of the Brennan Center for Justice and EPIC (Electronic Privacy and Information Center).
