Yiner Ya is a graduate of the Chinese Academy of Science and of the University of Chicago. As Research Director for User Experience, LLC, the first foreign-led usability consulting company in Beijing, she is responsible for the project management of user research studies in China. Yiner helps facilitate new product entry into the Chinese market and create designs that comply with local conventions and expectations.
