工作职责描述:
1. 使用定性和定量方法执行用户研究,分析用户需求,定义产品的可用性需求和使用场景;
2. 执行可用性测试,评估产品的可用性水平和用户满意度水平,发现存在的问题并提出修改建议;
3. 根据研究结果引导设计部门进行创新设计。

职位要求:
1. 有2年以上用户研究、产品测试的相关工作经验(初级研究员可接受应届生申请);
2. 硕士及以上学历,人机交互、人类工效学、认知心理学等相关专业;
3. 具有良好的沟通能力、主动性和团队协作能力;
4. 良好的报告撰写和陈述能力、较强的表达和说服能力;
5. 中、英文口语流利;

Job Title: User Experience Researcher (Junior, Mid and Senior level)

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct user research using both quantitative and qualitative methods;
2. Conduct Usability test on Huawei products to ensure that the product is usable, free from problems, and satisfies all requirements
3. Using research results to drive innovations within Huawei

Requirements:
1. At least 2 years commercial experience within a User Experience Research role (For Junior position, fresh gradates are welcome to apply.);
2. At least a Masters degree in a related discipline, Including: HCI, Human Factors, Ergonomics, Cognitive Psychology etc.;
3. Self motivated and able to work on own initiative as well as in a team;
4. Excellent report writing and presentation skills with the ability to influence and persuade;
5. Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English;
