This presentation will demonstrate how Autodesk envisions the future of digital prototyping and meets customers’ needs with world-renown design tools, such as AutoCAD, Inventor, Revit, and 3DSMax. In this vision, Autodesk customers should be able to apply their knowledge from one product to another without re-learning, and be free to edit a design object in any application that is best for the task. High aesthetic value is achieved via a cohesive visual language, to better support the design spaces used by artists, architects, engineers and inventors. To draw a clear direction for our design objectives, Autodesk product design teams have established a usability process to understand our industry-specific users and validate the visual language in various context. Furthermore, I will demo some latest innovations in 3D navigation, as well as the new look of Autodesk products.
