While mobile phones represent the largest segment of mobile devices, there are many often overlooked devices such as gaming devices, multimedia players, and digital cameras to name a few. But what does it mean to be mobile and have an experience? What interface issues need to be addressed? How does the context of use impact the experience? This presentation will introduce a mobile user experience framework that designers and company leaders can use to define products and a company’s direction. Best-in-class products will be analyzed against this framework to discuss their keys to success.
