How to make a successful business from user-centred innovation?

Alongside its research, interaction and product design services, Asentio Design Shanghai has built an innovation team to generate new product, service and interaction ideas. However, unlike many “innovation consultancies” focused on strategy, as a design studio, Asentio aims to realise and test its ideas by contextual research, interactive prototypes, appearance models and even own products.

The workshop will explore different approaches to user-centred innovation within a design services and product development framework in Chinese and international markets.
