Aga is a Chief Scientist and Associate Director at User Centric, Inc. Her expertise lies in user-centered design and evaluation of large- and small-screen interfaces as well as medication labels. She has a strong research background with a special interest in the integration of behavioral and self-report measures with eye movement analysis to better understand user experience. She directs global user research studies, publishes papers on various HCI-related topics, and presents at national and international conferences. Aga holds graduate degrees in Human Factors and Human-Computer Interaction from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and DePaul University in Chicago, respectively.
