Gavin co-founded User Experience LLC and is a Managing Director at User Centric, Inc. He has over 15 years of experience in corporate and academic environments. He was formerly President of an Internet start-up, principal at a Web development company, a member of Ameritech's human factors group, and, prior to founding User Centric in 1998, a director at Human Factors International. He has a strong background and expertise in user experience and user-centered design. He is a frequent presenter at professional conferences and inventor of several patents. Gavin holds a Master's Degree in Experimental Psychology from Loyola University.
