Rachael Piekarski is a Customer Experience Manager with HSBC's User Centered Design team. Piekarski specializes in task design, user recruitment, and usability testing across multiple delivery channels, including, web, mobile, ATM, staff application, digital media, and voice. At HSBC, she focuses her efforts on joining up HSBC research leads in global research development, execution and lab construction. She also manages HSBC's User Centered Content Development team, where she is responsible for managing the integration of user centered content and testing. Prior to HSBC she was a Customer Experience lead with Hewitt Associates, where she was a consultant for a diverse number of clients such as Pepsi-Co, Sun Microsystems, Goldman Sachs and BP. She has also worked as a consultant for the telecommunications industry, where she focused on user interface design and form factors of digital VOIP applications and products. Piekarski has a Masters in Human Computer Interaction from Depaul University, Chicago, USA.
