As Design manager, GE Healthcare, China, Liu Fang is engaged in establishing a team consist of local talents with global eyeshot. The mission is to provide innovative integrated solution for emerging markets especially China, as well as supporting business strategy development via design.
He Act as Asia pacific design leader for GE Plastics from 2005 . In this period start a new type of design practices, which is to help explore and define the marketing strategy by using design as a tool.
In 2002, joined GE/Fitch(joint venture of GE Plastics and Fitch Worldwide) as senior designer ,then China marketing director. He brought brand new mindset of design to local clients and innovative design solutions as well.
From 2000, he served for a local integrated product solution provider, Guangdong Koer. Leading a team consist of industrial designer,graphic designer, mechanical engineer and tooling engineer , to provide "turn key "solution which starts from concept design and end with ready-to-sell product.
Graduated in 1997 from Design School, Wuxi Light Industrial University, then joined Design Center of Midea group as industrial designer, being involved in various industries including home appliance, consumer electronics,industrial equipment and IT.
