Nan joined HP's HP Design Group in 2006 as a User Experience Researcher. And is working on user research, global design and design strategy.

Before HP, Nan was working at ZTE and System Union as Interaction Designer and Usability Engineer.

Nan is one of the founders of DDF.UPA China.
