Richard Douglass has over ten years experience as a user centered design professional. Just recently, he has begun serving as a user experience design manager with Nationwide, a Fortune 500 financial services firm, and leading a team of UX professionals to create engaging Internet experiences. Previously, Richard was a member of the User Experience team with IBM's Lotus Software Group and had led a User Experience team at Bank One (now J.P. Morgan Chase). Among his most recent publications, Richard has published a recent book review on "Access by Design" by Sarah Horton in the January 2006 issue of ACM Interactions magazine. He has also led workshops on user interface evaluation at UPA conferences in both the U.S. and China.
