Dr. Tao is the User Experience and Total Communication Design manager of Samsung Design China. He received his Ph.D. degree in Psychology from Zhejiang University. In 2006, he joined Samsung Design China (SDC), and built the first UX team within Samsung Electronics China, as well as established the first UCD lab in the Great China region for Samsung. His responsibilities include but not limited to user experience research and design for digital appliance products, digital media products, and mobile phones for Samsung Electronics. Before he joined Samsung, he had worked for Nokia Research Center, and Intel APAC R&D Co. Ltd as a user experience engineer and a senior human factors engineer.
