Sam Ng is the co-founder and director of a leading Australasian usability company, Optimal Usability. Sam has been involved with over 100 usability and design projects with clients in diverse industries such as government, e-commerce, education, finance, telecommunications and not-for-profit. With a background in industrial design, Sam is passionate about good design and human factors. His other passion is in business and entrepreneurship. Sam recently lead a team to build an online card sorting tool that is currently used by companies from all around the world, and has plans for many other web based products.
