Worked as a lecture in Industrial Design Department at Xi'an Jiaotong University, Usability Engineer in Nsfocus Technology Ltd., Product Manager in Baidu, User Experience Manager & Chief Product Designer in Lintu software. As a hand-on practicer of usability engineering and UX design in middle & small local companies, I've witnessed the fast development of usability in China. From that I had lessons of failing attempts as wells successful experiences.
Since 2004, as one of the first founders, I led UU, a nonprofit usability assosiation, to organize and participate many klatches with UX practicers in China and to provide volunteer and nonprofit usability consultancy for many companies. I have also been a committee member of CHCI Conference for three years.
I have some knowledge and hand-on experiences on user experience related work of network security management software, on-line search, blog service and mobile navigation devices.
