 •  Covers several different techniques: personas (briefly because Whitney is doing a whole workshop on personas), scenarios, task analysis, workflows, simulations, user/task matrices, and more
 •  Demonstrations of several techniques; time to practice a few of them

 •  Practice in small groups
 •  The workshop leader speaks English. We will have a Chinese speaker to translate as necessary.
 •  Participants will be able to work in small groups on the interactive practice in their native language.
