Online forms are everywhere – for registration, purchasing, giving feedback. Forms are also frustrating! People make mistakes, provide incorrect information, or avoid using them entirely.
Designing good forms requires an understanding of how people think about questions, about the relationship they have with the organisation requesting the inforamtion, and of course about visual treatment.
This workshop will provide particpants with a solid knowledge of how to design good online forms.

 •  Testing forms for usability.
