In order to gain insights as how User Friendly annual conferences can better serve people, last week, UPA secretarial office interviewed UX professionals who’ve attended UPA activities before – 40% of which have attended User Friendly annual conferences in the past.

Many interviewees pointed out the flaws in the past User Friendly conferences, contributed their advice as how to improve, and expressed their expectations for this year’s User Friendly annual conferences as well as other activities organized by UPA China. 80% would attend User Friendly 2009 via group registration under the name of their corporation. For User Friendly 2009 this year, not only has UPA China taken in all the advice, and increased the ratio of workshops by domestic experts, but also has enhanced the professionalism, depth, and practicability of workshop topics by retrenching the total number, extending the field of discussion, and asking the lecturer start preparing the courses 3 months beforehand.
Feel free to submit your advice to the conference committee, stay tuned for more news and updates from User Friendly 2009.
