About the course
Whatever your company and whatever your role, your work affects other people’s lives. As the role of design and innovation rises in China, each person’s potential impact grows. The world is teaching us all that focusing only on technical advancement or ease of use can lead to unintended, negative effects on life. But what methods and tools can help us work in a better way? In this workshop, we will discuss design and project practices that can help us create products and services that benefit people’s lives.
Mr. Rettig will explain design frameworks and approaches from many different projects. The goal is for the audience to learn tools they can use in their own projects and businesses as they face the complexity of creating successful products that improve people’s lives. During the activity, the audience will apply one or more of these tools to their own work.
